The need to protect a woman's worth

There is a lot of debate that women should take second place to men. A lot of men actually think it repulsive for a woman to be their leader. Granted men have a natural God-given ability to be the lead, but they should also consider the women around them who are good leaders by acquiring the quality or just born with it. Look around and the evidence is there it starts at home and extends to the society.

So my opinion is, when men are making decisions, they should consult the advice of the female counterparts so that that decision can have a balance. It does help because it removes the bias in people.
